About
About me - Kanpur native Dr. Rahul Srivastava began the long road to become a renowned Dental Surgeon by graduating (BDS) from Rama dental college hospital and research centre in 2003, followed by a Master degree (MDS) in oral medicine and radiology in 2011. He has worked as Senior Lecturer for 5 years in Rama dental college hospital and research centre, and now held a position of Reader in the same institution from 15th June 2015.
He has submitted thesis to DR. B. R. A. University, Agra on prevalence of oral sub mucous fibrosis in relation to habits; a cross sectional study among high school children in Kanpur city, India.
He has done two international book publication on “Nanotechnology In Dentistry” And “Smoking Poisonous Haze” and one national book publication on “Temporomandibular Joint Imaging”. He has done total 70 scientific publications and 18 scientific presentations among which one was international and 16 are published nationally. His interest in Dentistry led him to attend different conferences, workshops, Continuing dental education programmes. He has also attended 36 CDE programmes on different topics, 5 symposiums, and 4 conventions to learn different dental skills in order to further the field of Dentistry, helping to improve patient outcome.
He has one ongoing research on “Pattern of mobile phone use among undergraduate dental students of Rama University”. He has received various certificate of appreciation and received awards in “Excellence in Research And Publication In 2012”, “Best Editor Of International Journel Of Contemporary Medicine, Surgery And Radiology 2018”.
